So I am a Senior Consultant at KPMG but interested in RPA at Deloitte. If I don’t have experience in RPA, should I expect to drop to from Senior to a Consultant?

Targeting 2022 matriculation and will be recruiting for tech. Currently at IBM tech consulting and have an offer to lateral to non-D big 4 tech advisory. What’s the best move for both MBA application and MBA recruiting - stay or leave? TIA.

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp. So that is the first reason and no new tech learning and project change happening with me. Also in last cycle they didn't give good rating bcoz i was asking for new project ..??
