So I have a two offers in hand. Senior Solutions Specialist (lead Salesforce Developer) at Deloitte and lead Salesforce Developer at ADP. ADP is paying about 15K more than Deloitte.

I have been working in services based company for 13 years now and thinking of moving into product based now like ADP but Deloitte has its own pull.

Any suggestions/advice if anyone has any experience with wither of these companies?

If H1b were to be denied, what are the next available options? Also, what options does Deloitte provide?
