My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?

It can be an adjustment period. Give it some time to settle in.
Thanks, I think I’m just a bit down since I haven’t been able to produce any real value due to their long training period and I feel like that’s somehow now reflecting on me but it could all be in my head.
Didn’t D still make you bond with your teammates/ do internal initiatives as a team in consulting though?
Sm1 I agree but Deloitte for decades still required everyone in on Friday

I’m in the same boat. Went from a 1000% on the pedal to a more slow and people oriented role. So much internal politics that I need to wade through that as an external consultant we cut right through it.
I’ve been on both sides btw so I can understand/relate somewhat. Do you think it might just be that the new team’s not a good fit or maybe you’ve only been there a few months, haven’t settled in/ found your place yet? But I do know what you mean.
It’s pretty incredible being on a team when everyone is on the same wavelength though. Would 100% prefer this scenario if you find it over project staffing.
I think I’ll come to appreciate the team part once I get into the work and have experienced folks who have been in my role for years available to answer questions. From a fit/personality perspective the rest of my team seems to fit this alcohol/IPA template which I can’t relate to but don’t really care to make best friends on the job lol
Agree. In the same boat as you.

1000000000% - hence why I don’t really see industry in my near future. But idk.. depends

We get duffel bags in consulting too. But I hear ya. I mean depends. Consulting certainly has its days where it’s like ugh. But I think I’ve found my place in it, at least for now. But to your original point, I like the model of working w certain people for a defined period of time and a shared objective, as opposed to industry where you’re working within and org/team/function and are tied w that group indefinitely. Could be both good and bad. Good luck on your role though!!
I do like the concept of parting ways with clients and teammates after a project. Every project pushes me to my limits and I just remind myself that this is temporary. ALL of it. The client, the team, the project.
