My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

I think the summer gift is a nice perk. I’m new to the firm but at least I will use this gift and the $500 too.

They may be referring to the incentive bonus where it’s x amount if you take it now but xxx amount if you take it in 3 years. My senior bonus in 2015 was 18k because I delayed it, so I don’t doubt 36k.
He called them KPMG steaks.. I assumed this meant steaks at KPMG
They get delivered to your apt, house, condo.

That Omaha Steak part is like the weirdest thing ever. Just give people more of a bonus so they can go to a nice steak dinner.
Yea, we never got anything like that. You guys get paid a lot more than we ever dreamed of (even accounting for inflation)

Oh I kinda liked it when I was there. It rotates every few years, one year was Ben and Jerry’s, etc. sometimes money isn’t as appreciated, and if you think about it it probably costs them $20-$50 a person to do that, and if they give you $20 -$50 what are you gonna do with that?

@OP I don’t think the summer gift card is intended to make up for the Senior Retention Bonus. The firm removed it to please the majority so they’re not trying to fix something they don’t think is broken. (Although I personally don’t agree bc i lost money) How do you know what our raises will be?
