Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

I've never really done it any formal way, but I generally think in terms of what project had the most prestige or name recognition. And something else, if it applies, would be projects that required the use of the latest gear or tech. We can't think of a resume as a memoir, but rather an indication that we can launch into something else tomorrow and be totally equipped to handle it.
Yeah I try to keep the most relevant work on there but it’s hard when a lot of the work you’ve done is relevant!
I always go about the job posting. I leave in my resume anything relevant to the posting. Try using as many relevant keywords in the posting as possible to help the ATS system, then focus on demonstrating that you have what they want.
Uhumm.. Usually works very well!
I think it's good to show the projects that furthered your skills or interests and how you excelled in that, but of course cater that to the job. E.g "helped delivered over 500 assets as part of [ ] campaign which in-turn brought in [ ] or developed my skills in [ ] software.
If it's a little project that didn't make much differece to yourself or your current work, don't include it.
Yeah true! It’s good to keep the most relevant stuff in there but something impressive can also stand out!
As a Professional Audio Engineer and a founder of a Recruitment Company I can tell you that your CV needs to be customised to fit the role you're applying for. Even if you're applying for a position within the Entertainment industry, it will still need to fit the Job Description of the position.

I struggle to keep it to one page- I have to remove some projects that I want on there. I’ve made a separate credits list in case employers want to see.
I think 2 pages are fine? I usually do 2 anyway, I feel like it looks a bit less busy but more than 2 and it might be getting too long.
