My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays
Anyone from Boston Consulting Group Boston Consulting Group (BCG) working in non-consulting - Technology/Engineering/Global Services?
How's the work life balance? Glassdoor reviews are full of "long working hours" and hence wanted to know if it's the same with non-consulting folks as well?
How far is it true across the organisation?
Please help me shed some light to decide.
Thanks.

Thanks a ton OP for sharing the good news ;)
OP, thank you for this post. I saw this last night and researched and have now been spreading the gospel of this incredible deal 🙌🏻
@A1 yes, this does sound almost too good to be true. Companion Pass is a status you get when you have earned 110,000 points in certain ways. It is not an award which you purchase with points. It is a side effect of having those 120,000 points deposited as part of the Marriott package. You don't get A-List status with this, BTW.
Getting mine tomorrow. Just figuring out what property I want to stay at.
Transfer to Marriott. Redeem Marriott Hotel + Air Package. Key is you need to choose the option which includes 120k Southwest points since 110k are needed to be credited this way to get Companion Pass.
Buy the 270k now. That gets you cat 1-5. Then you can buy up when you decide what property/category you are going to stay at.
For 30k you can do category 7, another 30k for cat 8. Etc.
Yes @ey1. I bought my 1-5, then 2 weeks later upgraded to cat 8
@D2 up to 7 consecutive nights at a single property. When you redeem you get a single electronic certificate in your MR account which can be applied to a single reservation. Can't break 'em up.
Anyone have luck with the 5-day packages lately?
So happy to hear the promo is back till march! I was so bummed to hear on jan 1 that they discontinued it
I think I would rather just trade in all my points and go work in finance
BCG1 - booking availability is as per standard reward nights as per my information (?) -- I was looking as European and Asian properties and saw a lot of 7-night reward stay availability on the calendar at standard point rates for Cat 6+ ... or is this about redeeming a 5-day promo deal?
Is it worth it if I'm AA EP and living at an AA hub city? I use southwest about once a year now only
Redeemed with Marriott Sunday night, points and Companion Pass arrived today. In line with the 3 business day norm that is mentioned by many.
I redeemed with Marriott yesterday and my points and Companion Pass posted today
Someone explain how I can get all that for 100K SPG points
100k SPG transfers to Marriott at 3:1 & Google this deal... Southwest closed this loophole on Jan. 1, then backtracked and officially opened it until March 31. thepointsguy website has info and southwestaircommunity.com has official communication from Southwest on the "loophole" being officially reopened.
You can upgrade from cat 6 to 8 at a later time?
