Started working with a Parent Coordinator today with my ex and I for our kids sake. We had an hour intro just the PC and I. At the 40 minute mark, this stranger woman said, “Man, you’ve done so much great work on yourself in therapy.” I cried tears of happiness for the first time in a long time because someone actually saw me. It felt good to have that work be seen.

I just wanted to say this here for anyone who might need it; keep moving forward.

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after.
