Currently a consultant in ZS, having offer of associate manager.
Work wise its same. Getting 60% hike on current compensation.
No problem with ZS as such.
How is the future growth in EY-GDS?
What profile EY gives to 7 yoe?

Canadian salary data for these service line seem almost none existent on fishbowl/reddit.
Currently completing my first year as Senior in Audit and its become pretty apparent that going through the whole manager pipeline isn't really what I'd like to do. Looking to explore options and would like to hear some real time figures, especially CF/MA and TAS - as I'm looking to make the pivot to IB hopefully in the future.

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

I'm a senior AD and all the resources out there are for juniors. I'm not sure what I need - I feel pretty confident in most areas - so maybe all I need is time to practice and get better. But is there something you did/wish you'd done to improve your abilities, develop your career path, or open your mind?

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
