Stepped into a new role leading a team and it's a mess. We're stretched thin and constantly dealing with fire drills. I've had one person quit and had to let go of another. I've only been in seat a couple months but struggling to "right the ship" given that there's urgent issue after urgent issue. At this point I'm worried about more turnover on the team.
