Strawberry feta cheese salad and steak for lunch ❤️

Mix 8 strawberries (sliced), 1/2 cup of sliced red onions, 3 oz feta cheese, 4 cups spinach, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1 cucumber (diced) and maple vinaigrette in a big bowl.
Season steak the way you like it, cook 4 mins each side.

***i prefer my steak slices to not look so pink but still tender so I browned the slices for 30 sec.

I have received an offer as Associate Data Engineer L2 at Publicis Sapient Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 8 months of experience. The CTC provided is 16. On other Hand got the same CTC from Neudesic an IBM Company and its WFH ( Remote Completely ). The Third Offer is from PubMatic where CTC is 22.70 ( Including stocks, and variables ) for the Gurgaon location. Please help me out with what basis I should choose among these. I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more.
