I am currently in my maternity leave that gets end in mid September.. I wanted to work from home as it is difficult now to RTO having a 5 months baby😣

My manager did already check on me if I will be returning to Bangalore, I also informed that it would be difficult.

Just wanted to know how feasible is EY in providing wfh for new moms..

I badly want to work having no career gap.. please share your suggestions

I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ? I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. My current company also said I am maxed out in term of what they are willing to pay salary wise.

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)
