Taking an informal poll. How many books do you guys think you manage to read each year? I used to read 10 to 15, but lately, I spend way too much time scrolling on my phone and not enough time reading. I'm lucky if I read one or two books a year.

What are some good books to read if I want to learn how to better show up for the team as a manager?

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.
