Anyone else find themselves getting extremely stressed at work during pregnancy? It’s like my emotions are just off and I get so stressed so easily. I want to be calm for baby but it’s hard to not get worked up!

Now I got an offer of 16lpa in CTS for Automation Testing role. But once I started talking to friends i got to know that one of my frnd has recently been fired from CTS last year due t unavailability of project. Now i am scared as I m single child of my parent and i have to pay emi and handle my household. Please suggest

Misled on Maternity Leave Policy. I found out I only get 4 weeks pay for maternity leave (STD +“sick days”). I will take 12 weeks but wont get paid for 8 weeks. I work for a US, west coast based company in the tech/VC industry. Their website claims to offer “paid parental leave and other progressive benefits for parents”. I didn’t find out until after I was hired their pay was only 8 weeks but since I have been at the company less than 12 months, I don’t qualify for their policy. Is this unfair?

If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

Assume I have 100% allocation for Q1 (from Apr-Jun), and if I put down papers in June/July, before Q1 results are announced, will I get Q1's QVA component in my July's payslip.?
