DNET my friends. Search "pension"
I believe they will give us money one day
Well yes D4 but that requires logging on to a work portal which id rather not be on a minute more than I have to
Pension for partners is a whole different world. When you make partner and buy into the firm (in essence take a loan from Deloitte in trade for lower pay to pay back the loan), I think you vest after 10 years at partner. At that point when you retire (mandatory at 62) based on how you did at partner (point system/sales) you will get 25-50% of the average of your top 3 earning years, every year till you die. If you die before your spouse, they will receive half of what you were receiving. So in other words if your top 3 earning years were around 1 million. Deloitte will pay you 250k- 500k per year till you die depending on your sales and performance. If you die, your spouse will get half that till they die. This is all in addition to being rich already and your 401k.
3% of your pay annually. Grows about 4%. Vests at 3 yrs. looking at 200/mo in 2043 dollars. So I've got that going for me... Which is nice.

Expanding on what D7 said, they pay 2.5-9% of annual pay to your "account" depending on age+service years plus 4% interest. Based on your current pay, your expected yearly raise, and how long you expect to work at D, you can forecast your ending balance. From there solve the present value of a lifetime annuity formula (or Google "lifetime annuity calculator" if you are not finance savvy) to estimate monthly payments.
@d11 this is the listing price for standard soul
Follow. Heard we vest after 3 years. No idea how much.

Roughly speaking. If you start as an analyst with 6% yearly raises you are looking at ~$250/month with 10 years service. $900-1000/month with 20 years service.
This all assumes that the Deloitte ponzi pyramid is still around when we want to start collecting on said annuity
Thanks 👍🏼👍🏼
