Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

I got my first internship bc the receptionist told me to send one and my boss said it made a difference in why he chose me. Agree now it seems outdated or unnecessary, but I still feel obligated to send and believe it can’t hurt. Just shows appreciation / excitement imo
Yes. Even if it doesn’t sway their decision, it doesn’t hurt. Just be a decent person
Doesn’t make a difference at my firm. We are required to make our recommendation immediately. Usually have a bunch of them in a row and a “handler”(recruiter) who is collecting feedback immediately afterwards.
