Yess! As they should! I truly support the latter option.
Yep. The norm and the standard. Let's not tolerate these entitled clients.
I absolutely agree. Our clinic also do not tolerate clients like this. Thank goodness for that.
That's what clinics and other businesses should be doing. Clients are becoming more and more entitled. They need us just like how we need them but they should treat us with the same respect. I would love to witness that happening in our clinic though.
That's how it should be. Giving big discounts will only allow them to treat you us unprofessionally and will only encourage them to throw tantrums anytime they can.
Yep. We do that at our clinic as well. We don't tolerate bad attitude here. We are all grown-ups. That's just weird to throw tantrums.
I wish our clinic did the same. I'm going to have to bring this one up on our next general meeting. No wonder our lead vet/owner is struggling to keep our clinic afloat.
I completely agree! Adult tantrums are the worst. They cause too much inconvenient and they don't even realize that. Getting fried from the clinic serves them right.
Absolutely! This should be normalized. This is the best way to deal with these types of clients. Giving them big discounts would only make matters worse.
