The longer I stay in sustainability reporting the more depressed I get - of the low actual impact, and of greenwashing (let alone the opportunity cost I contribute to cost companies and society from concrete contribution to real changes). Anyone feel the same, what kind of path did you take after switching?

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!
