I have a Briggs and Riley and I’m super happy with it, so I’d go for that. Haven’t tried Away myself but also heard good things about them on FB though

Briggs. More expensive, yes, but your grandkids will fight over it when you’re dead.

What is the best message when informing the rest of your company that someone was terminated? The backstory is that this employees performance has been struggling, he was put on a PIP, and in recent convos, he’s said that his role isn’t for him. As he is getting terminated due to performance, it feels more amicable now that he knows it’s not working and that he needs to find a new job. Thoughts on message to the rest of the company?
