The only POC on my team and being excluded from in person connectivity sessions. The only one who is excluded and does not receive an invite to team get togethers out of state.

How do I get more involved in team room conversations? Any practical tips? I have good comebacks in my head just have trouble voicing them

I work part time for a startup for equity and am attending an event on behalf of the startup. I’ve only been here a few months and asked multiple times to have a prep meeting with my boss. He instead sent me a 15 page document outlining 40 questions I should be able to answer the day before the event.
I’m so incredibly stressed as I don’t want to show up unprepared and make myself look bad. Idk how to make light of this situation at this point

So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.
