Hello friends
We are hiring.....

My wife has her joining date extended from Randstad and no joining date has been provided. What are the chances of her offer getting revoked. She has around 1 year of experience in HR. She got to know about this just on the last day of her notice period. She doesnt have any other offer as she didnt expect the joining date to get extended. Randstad. If anyone is open for hiring, please let me know. I can share it with her. Morningstar Tata Consultancy Accenture JPMorgan Chase Wells Fargo Infosys
Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.
Would there be any scope of increment going forward?

I’ve always had one and couldn’t believe it when I found out that not everyone does. I can’t imagine what thinking looks and feels like to people who don’t have a voice speaking in their heads. I imagine it to be lonely. My voice often comforts me or provides a counterpoint when I’m trying to weigh pros and cons of a particular situation.
In meditation & yoga we learn that there is a “me” that is not my monologue. The brain is one organ that serves us with intellect, the body and the soul are also aspects of “me” such that “I am not my thoughts.” Once you step away from your thoughts as an identity, you can choose which reality to listen to. Like “hey my coworker just triggered me and I can feel my amygdala releasing a bunch of rage hormones that are about to spew out, maybe I should go take a walk for 5 minutes...” Just one example, the technique of meditation makes you aware of being aware. Otherwise know as consciously conscious.
Now I’ve learned not to trust my inner monologue all the time (he can be quite an asshole at times.)
I use meditation and mantra to help get my brain to STFU. A good simple one is “Om Namo Shivaya” (not sure what it means) or my favorite “Sat Nam” which means Truth is my identity. Just do it over and over and it prevents that internal dialogue from going crazy. Hope that helps
I feel like that whole conversation is basically just a bunch of people saying “nooo, you don’t understand. I have, like, real conversations with myself inside my head!”
Maybe I’m wrong. Idk.
It’s also when reading, you don’t hear the character’s voices. The technique of speed reading teaches you to ignore internal monologue purposefully.
Here’s my real question on the matter:
Is it that some people have an internal monologue and some don’t, or that some people interpret and outwardly explain it differently than others?
truly some galaxy brain shit
