There are so many ways to describe overemployed people: job juggler, monetary mercenary, but mostly thief. I read an article describing how the author was surprised that the people interviewed were decent people.

The author continued to say that working for an employer means exchanging a salary for a promise not to work for anyone else, but OE is breaking the rules and they should feel bad.

Do you agree with this author or is this an extreme viewpoint?

My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload.
