There should be a separate channel for experienced people to share how they are navigating layoffs..how they are making a comeback at this time. Reskilling doesn't always help when you have 18+ yrs experience and when openings are less.i feel experience ppl shud share their journey because every platform share the success stories which is just the starting point but no body shares the journey.wud request someone to share the channel.world is not only about freshers.

My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Like take care of yourself, it's ok to feel such and such, etc. I'm still newer to therapy so wondering if that's the common experience? Do you ever have moments where you're like wow that actually is eye opening and I wouldn't have gotten that from reading self help books and websites etc?

I started working for a bank and am going through the background check. They found an arrest which was dismissed and the file was sealed a few days after the check. They’re requesting the police report on top of the court order to seal. The police report is BAD. During the arrest (DUI) they wrote the report to make me seem like a complete lunatic.
