No raises unless promoted & Caucasian, sorry that's all I see. Managers look down on us like we're Nothing. 3 yrs here and nothing changed except my work load. Piled work on you while pay Never goes up. Moving up are slim to none knowing your qualifications. Your just wasting your years overlook, unappreciated and under paid I SAID WHAT I SAID!
