Not enough staff to keep up with the work demand Errors everywhere , that are big E&O concerns !!the producer never actually does any actual work . The back office team that’s meant to help you is located in the Philippines and just creates more work for you.Barely any vacation days not even Christmas Eve and no holiday bonuses even if your profitable !

My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive.
