I was assigned to a project which has application support and maintainance in Ionic. I am from Native android background having 4 years of experience. Does ionic has demand in industry ? I am a little skeptical about this. Please if anyone could throw some light on it.

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Search for the company on LinkedIn, click the "People" tab, and filter by titles like "Technical Recruiter" or "Creative Talent." If it’s a large company, look for the person whose location matches the job posting or who has "Hiring" in their headline. You can also look at who posted the job directly, their profile is mostly linked at the top of the job description.
FYI in most large agencies, recruiters aren’t matched based on location, they recruit nationwide or even globally. Search for the recruiters who specialize in what you do (creative, account, digital, etc.). If you can’t tell based on their profile, look at their activity history on LinkedIn to see the types of jobs they share.
I’m a recruiter for a global agency and receive an average of 100+ LinkedIn messages per week for jobs in my location that I’m not the recruiter on. Spending a little extra time researching to identify a recruiter’s specialty can make a world of difference in whether you receive a response or not.
