I know I have to look for a job but I really don’t want to. Waiting it out until I can start a new job somewhere else that’s not my cluttered home office.

I live in one, work in another, and my home office is in another. I always get a different answer. Is there a policy because I haven’t found it?

Any United health group remote employees here? I recently accepted an accounting job and some of the onboard makes it seem like I’m only allowed to work from my home office. I am a sales rep and have worked extremely hard to build a large book of business. Every year upper management seems to find a way to cut commissions and make my hard work, worth less. Is this common? It’s pretty draining to work harder and get paid less year over year even though you’re typically getting more business. I don’t feel valued. Do more for less? Any other great sales companies/ industries that people are happy with and compensated accordingly? Preferably uncapped commissions
