I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Hey Fishbowl family - anyone working at EY-Parthenon that would be willing to chat with me about their experiences (with the potential of a referral)? I have total of 5 yoe specifically in Life Sciences and really would like to explore the potential of interviewing for their NY office. I have been able to land interviews/offers from other T2 firms but would really love to network and connect with EYP. EY EY-Parthenon

LA is for beautiful people, SF is for intelligent people.
As someone who moved to SF - totally regretting the decision. LA for sure. Lower cost of living, better outdoorsy scene, better bars and restaurants. LAX sucks balls though
No SF is just for ugly people who have to tell themselves they're intelligent
San Francisco by far. As D1 mentioned though, it lacks a bit on the attractiveness/dating scene
But they do have a centurion lounge...
SFO is primarily a United hub. Who the hell wants to deal with that
LA has better weather and better looking people. Also you won't have to live in a broom closet (Idk about Deloitte, but at PwC, SF and LA get the same starting salary)
LA for sure- 1. Weather, 2. People, 3. Cost of living leading to better standard of living. SF is very job/education statusy whereas LA is very judgmental on physical appearance. On the bright side, more motivation to get in shape and be your best.
LA unless you want to work for a tech company or start up in the future
San Francisco for sure... LA is super spread out so even if you have friends there it will take you ages to get to them. It's not a really city like SF, and I grew up in Southern California. Also it's really bad for dating because everyone is a wannabe actress/model
Cost of living in SF is crazy but beautiful city. Love LA tho
