I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

It all depends on the group and the office. I had a great time at EY.
Depends on group. I’m in NY office

I 2nd that. While this is PA, the worst stories of overwork, layoffs and office politics come from EY
Would be interested in knowing specifics of what you’ve heard. I’ve been at pwc and EY, and wlb has substantially increased for me at EY - speaking to M&A groups
What horror stories do you hear compared to other firms? I would think they are all pretty much the same with good groups and bad groups.
Love EY. Like everyone else said, really depends on who you work with. Bad apples everywhere.

Question for people @ EY - did the scheduling of your interview get outsourced to one of your COE’s (or whatever you call them)?
Had a good call with the recruiter and was moving forward with the process, then I got an email from someone asking if they could message me on WhatsApp to schedule interviews, or I could just schedule through email if I preferred.
Got the same message about WhatsApp and confirmed but then they just send you a live interview email request through hirevue and the interview process was with the team is be working with.
