Hey Folks. I hope I am posting in the right space about this. Anyone knows the updated(2022) compensation range for QA Automation Engineers with 2 years experience?
A general range at Glassdoor has an average base pay at 110K/year shorturl.at/dhuIZ and I am looking for more sources. Cheers

Total comp is a better measure to be concerned with. Around 30% of your cash receipts is very good.
That sounds...terrible. Currently work at a firm outside the AM200 and bonuses start at 10% of gross for hitting your billable target.
Seems low to me, but maybe that’s just what you get in the second hundred...
Probably low, but it may depend on whether your base compensation is higher than comparable firms and the market where you work. Even mid-size firms outside of the AMLAW 100-200 have higher bonuses based upon hours billed.
Can confirm. Midlevel at a midsize firm in a tier 1 city.
Am100 and our bonus starts at 10000 for 1900 billable, 20000 for 2000, etc. Gets more subjective as you get into higher billable numbers, I'm told.
Midsize regional firm, we have black box bonuses and no real billing requirement but the lowest I got first year was $5k, and it’s been multiples of that since. I’d say that’s low unless your salary is higher than what the firm can really afford
Amlaw 200 met hours ok reviews 18k
