218 base, public accounting, average 45-50 (about 30 is billable rest is other) per week fully remote. Sucks during busy season but averages out later plus I can work from wherever which is the biggest perk

What industry role are you in? I’m at the lower end all in with 4 yoe and working ~40 hrs a week.
Undergrad finance major / HCOL. Firm’s basically remote though.
Big 4, primarily tax consulting practice. 14 YOE. Work anywhere from 30-50/week, usually about 40. Just over 300K TC in M/HCOLabor. After this FY, guessing I'll be around 330K.

How does one even find a role such as this? Unfortunately, I have 7 years of experience out of work for a year.
I'll start: I'm right in the middle (salary + bonus) and ~30 hours a week. There's a lot of hurry up and wait in this industry role.
