As actual "out of pocket" true vacation days - like maybe 3-5 days per year. Which is probably why I'm so burned out. I could record more time off for running errands during the day or going to appointments but since the PTO is fake, who cares?
Because they don't reduce your annual hours requirement? Is that not obvious, Pard'ner?

Why not the full year? They can probably have AI chase middle management for sign off on limit of liability
I'm probably OOO around 15 days out of the year, but I'm still working part-time for most, if not all, of those.

2 weeks each half of the year (I try to combine with some federal holidays and weekends so probably 20-25 actual PTO days)
Probably somewhere between 5 and 10

My target is 4 weeks a year. That means I need to bill slightly over 40hrs a week on average and at 85% efficiency that is just under 50 hours a week. I’ve found that’s a reasonable target.
