I would think of this as something positive tbh! Easier to weed out guys who get turned off by trivial things like that lol. It’s really not a big deal. You should rock the braces! Could show confidence and make you look more attractive ;)
OP, no one's opinion here matters. If you need to wear braces, do it. Now is better than years from now.
From experience as a woman in my late 20s, who has been in braces for 2 years (and just signed up for another several months to fix a remaining issue), no one cares. Clients don't care. Unless you're meeting some very shallow people..
At the end of the day, your health matters most. A few months of braces will be a blip.

Two little months amidst a pandemic .... might as well do it now and get it over with.

It’s two months 🤨🤨. Where is your confidence?
You’re an associate in your 30s. How much worse can braces be?
Great manager here 🤦🏼♂️

2 months is... less time than busy season. Who cares? Is Invisalign an option? Would probably take longer and be more expensive, but nonetheless an option.
How many people are you meeting right now? I haven’t seen a new person without a mask in 5 months
Is Invisalign an option?
You have to wear a mask anyway. Now is the time to do it!!!!!!

An option from a real life acquaintance: tell them you had an accident and this is repair from that and temporary. Clients will think you got in a car wreck (my person was hit while riding a bike) or something and knocked teeth out.
It’s less teenagery than cosmetic realignment, it’s something that had to be done due to circumstances out of your control!

Oh, but also? Get a second opinion bc braces for 2 months is so short to have any lasting effect...your teeth keep moving and will move right back unless you get a retainer or something.

I had my braces at 21 and lived w them for around 2 years. I think it’s a worthwhile investment. Your confidence level shoots through the roof once you can laugh, and smile freely ☺️
If someone you are interested in dating/are dating makes a big deal out of you having braces, you probably wouldn't want to date them anyway. I highly doubt clients are going to think you look like a teenager (if they do they probably have bigger problems). Plenty of people get braces as adults. It's not a big deal. I had braces as a teenager and I looked damn good in them if I do say so myself. Honestly the only person who ever made fun of me after I got braces was my brother and my dad called him out on it. Told him he was the pot calling the kettle black (he was going to be getting braces too when he got a little older).
How often are you dating that you’re worried about 2 months during a pandemic ruining it....? You’ve got much more game than me. If it’s any help my mom got the porcelain brackets when she was 35 - they’re less noticeable!

I got braces in my early 30s. Wore them for a couple years. It actually gave me a lot more confidence and a few guys thought it was cute. Plus I lost a ton of weight. Do it!!!
Wish the weight loss had happened over here 🤣
Everyone's appearances are super laid back and casual these days. I'm regularly seeing my coworkers wearing casual clothes and the girls not putting on makeup during calls. I think 2 months of braces don't really matter now.
Who ever wore non casual clothes ?
I think it's hot
If it’s that minor you should be able to do Invisalign or smile direct, which no one can even see over zoom. Or under a mask...
Apart from the client thing, in my opinion it won't be an issue for most people
