Hi Londoners ,
Moving in from outside UK.
Looking out for some areas in west / NW London where one can live with an infant on max 1400£ rental while requiring one partner to travel to Central occasionally for work and the other person 3 days a week to LHR.
Some Qns:
1) Will 1 Bedroom be too cramped for the infant to grow up? Should I raise budget?
2) I prefer being in family /childcare friendly areas. Had Harrow, Acton in mind . Are they good for my budget or any other suggestions?

My fiancé owns several weeks of time shares. He will spend 6 weeks from mid January to the end of February. He also rents the other weeks.
Great weather year around, mid 80s with a breeze. The breeze sometimes causes blowing sand, but if you are on the high rise side, the buildings protect it not more. They don’t get hurricanes. Restaurants are amazing but not cheap. Lots of sun, rarely gets rain or if it does blows over fast.
People are amazing. Super nice, great taxi services.
Aruba. I’ve never been but I’ve met 10 people that go back there regularly based on great experiences. My brother liked Ritz in Aruba for his honeymoon
