I'm a recent grad who accepted an entry-level full-time job offer with Capital One. I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake? They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?
