Thoughts on breaking into Associate Account Executive position with little sales exposure currently working in fintech/payments at fortune 100, what’s the best way to make the pivot to sales

Has anyone ever successfully had two full-time jobs at once? Seems possible now that everything is remote. My current gig is long-term freelance, and it’s been pretty easy hours lately. Just got offered a new in-house role that boasts great work/life balance.

Is it too forward to request to be considered for a Tax Senior position for after this tax season? I want to go to Human Resources and request this. I’m first generation into the corporate world and I’ve always been tenacious and straightforward, so I don’t want to come off on the wrong foot. I’m even considering going to a Partner and ask in a casual conversation. - 3 year Associate, LCOL, local firm

Pigeon-holed? I work on a digital team at a PR shop. Seems only other PR companies are interested in hiring me. My dream is to move to a tech company but no one is biting. How do I overcome this?

I had a company offer me a position under the original range and after I’ve turned down the role multiple times they have come back with an offer with a better title and $30k more. This huge shift put a bad taste in my mouth, but wasn’t sure if I was begin too critical because I wouldn’t operate that way as a recruiter.

I’ve always complained about my current agency — the financial instability (we were struggling before COVID), stunted position growth, compensation struggles, micro-manager boss — but there are still things to be excited about at times. It’s like a love/hate relationship. A potential new job opportunity fell on my lap recently, and I feel guilty for entertaining it even though I complain so much. Has anyone struggled with being miserable daily with agency BS but also excited for the future?

Pfizer team at Carat - thoughts? This is the third time within a few months I’m being approached to talk about a role on this account at Carat. A friend on the account says that while it’s a stable account, it’s not uncommon for junior-level staff (which I would still fall into) to work sweatshop hours. Should I even bother consider?

Hey Epamers, Looking for help and inputs here: How much salary to expect for delivery manager role with 10 yrs of experience on east coast? And how much avg annual increment, bonus and ltip to expect for avg performance? If offer letter says 15% bonus, can I expect at least 10% for avg performance? Also this ltip is super confusing, hw much can I expect on B2 level, e.g. if base is 150K, can I expect at least 30K?

I've been a mid-level AD for just over 3 years now. I'm not pushing to be promoted yet because I know I still have things to learn, but I'm also right on that cusp so I am definitely thinking about it. I'm interviewing at shops, and I want to ask about goals for a mid who wants to become a senior, but I'm worried about coming across title hungry if I do. CDs/ECDs, would it turn you off if someone in my position were to ask a question like this?

EY FSO - Senior Technology Consultant Level 3 Offer Evaluation - Chicago Final Verbal Offer - 135k+10k I was called by my recruiter in EY and he tried to lowball me I believe and tried to negotiate with me on call. He was really pushing for me to negotiate then and there. He started off with 130k and said there would be a 5k bonus. To which I replied I have other offers and I think that is very low for the role and my experience. He then increased it to a 135k+10k offer.
