How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

I can’t imagine it’ll continue to be a WFH kind of place under Rich. I bet within the next 1-2 years, they’ll have more people in NYC than in Toronto.
I think Philly is awesome. Depends on what you’re into. There’s a little bit of everything. Restaurants are great. It’s not the frenzied energy like NYC, but more like Boston, where I’ve also lived. RE is still affordable (unlike Boston, NYC, or DC), so many New Yorkers are moving in to buy up. Lots of millennials opening up stores etc. I love history and Europe-like settings, so there’s plenty, plenty of that. Gorgeous parks, rivers and trails. There are also plenty of rundown places full of garbage, like NYC in 70s and 80s. But lots of development happening.
Friends who work at Klick in Philly seems to like it. Great Xmas parties I hear.
