Hi everyone! I have been in my current role as an EA at a financial institution for about a year and a half now. I would love to find a 100% remote role as a mid level EA at a company with an awesome work culture. I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..
Is it good to join and then try pushing them for wfh.. or search for another offer..? 16 yoe, PM...

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?

My utilization is 90% but all of my clients are small jobs. Does that look worse than someone who works on the larger, higher revenue generating jobs with all else equal (utilization/performance)?

Can someone help me with this? I had a low utilization since pandemic, I.e., ~sub 5%, but never missed any payments. Would credit score be impacted if only one line of credit with a low utilization?
