My last working day in TCS is 4th of March, I have rejected the retention offer. My current CTC is 13.31 LPA in TCS YOE: 11.5. Retention offer was 18LPA. Currently I am holding offers with CapeG - 20LPA, TechMahindra - 21.5LPA, HCL - 22.5 LPA.But during my call with HR in TCS regarding retention, the HR when he heard about the companies which I am holding the offers said negative comments about those companies in a deteriorating way.
