Is 12 LPA underpaid for 4 years frontend developer experience?

I have around 4 years of experience as a frontend developer (ReactJS). Currently my CTC is 12 LPA.
However, I’ve noticed people on LinkedIn and even here on Glassdoor mentioning packages of 25–30+ LPA for the same experience level and domain.

What’s the realistic salary range for a frontend developer with 4 years of experience in India?

Would really appreciate insights from people in similar roles/experience levels.

How did everyone feel about comp?

What do you guys think, do recruiters share the real salary/range or are they sharing the low-end range for leverage? Or both?

And does being an internal or external recruiter influence how they approach salary transparency in the early screening/interview phase?

Applying for promotion to Digital Design Lead. 15 YoE, currently making about 82k + profit share. 3rd in seniority and department is currently restructuring. Based on some other internal salary ranges, planning to to ask for 106k, about a 30% jump. How does this look?

I want to join a start up in my industry but I need to rescind a job acceptance from a more establish company. I resigned from my old job and didn’t start the new job yet. Is the non compete I signed, as part of the job offer acceptance for the position with the bigger company, enforceable if I rescind my job acceptance before I actually start a new job? I don’t think it is. I didn’t receive a sign on bonus so no additional consideration was exchanged from my understanding of my law classes.
