To anyone with a Google Cloud cert — I took the test yesterday and it said I need to wait up to 7 days for Google to email me my result but when I logged into my Webassessor/Kryterion account, it says

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology.
