Oh no lol. I never plan healthy meals and I have forgotten the meaning of getting enough rest… or any rest haha! I consider myself successful at being over employed but the amount of money I bring in and not getting caught by my “main” employer.
I actually hate Mountain Dew and am meh on Doritos . I skip a lot of meals but I do enjoy fruit and protein bars. I down a lot of coffee and drink water when I remember to lol. I do order a lot of take out DoorDash is a life saver.
All that can be difficult. I have a constant problem as I like to exercise early in the morning and take a long walk. It really helps me a lot, but there are times I feel guilty for spending the time it takes. Or I'll cut short my exercise time because deadlines are a problem. No matter how much I think I've got time management handled, problems always pop up.

Time management is important, but sometimes, the control of it is ripped out of our hands!
Yes I do take all those things into account. If I make healthy meals and get a good nights sleep then I am going to be much more successful the next day. Those things definitely matter.
