The check in line was going ridiculously slowly and at some point turned threw my hands up in frustration while looking around to find another place to check in. In doing so, I catch the eye of the behind me. He smiles and says something. I just sort of nod and carry on with my call. Anyone else have experience leading product managers across multiple groups who don't have much to do with each other? Or leading a group whose teams don't really make sense as a group? Feels like a lot of context switching on my end all the time, which sucks up my energy to go deep with leading each of my product managers. How did you deal?

As a first time PM at a company with no PM structure, I’m finding it difficult to learn good practices and bring myself to “the next level”. Has anyone here had a similar self taught start that made the break through to become a solid senior PM? Anything will help, books, etc.

I've heard a couple of things about how the partner pension amount @ PwC is determined, both similar in approach.

Both calculations I have heard of result in an annuity paid until death, at which point a surviving spouse (if any) receives the annuity.

The first calculation I have heard is that you get 80% of your highest earning year as a partner (e.g. If your best year was $1M, you'd get $800k as an annuity).

The second calculation I have heard is that they look at your three highest earning years as a partner, and take the second highest and you get 100% of that. (e.g if your three highest earning years were $1M, $800k, and $1.2M, you'd receive $1M as an annuity).

Is ANY of this true, or just all rumor? Any PwC partners that can chime in and explain the pension plan fact for fact? Perhaps with sample numbers?

I'm new to marketing and I am not formally educated in it. I have just been learning through experience with the business. I'm supposed to put together a Market report for our sales team to refer to but I have been stuck on what I even include. I have an expensive subscription to a reporting database and I am supposed to translate these technical reports into 20-30 slides. Hello, I could use some advice regarding my compensation. I have 1year and 9 months of experience in social media as I worked with a multinational agency in the middle east. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in marketing and will be graduating in 2023. I am doing a summer internship in marketing in a startup in Montreal. I would like to continue with them as a part time employee until I graduate and was wondering how much should I ask for as an hourly pay with my experience?

Does anyone have a good lead on where to find research backed customer journeys? Either generic for an industry (like restaurant) or for major players in an industry (like chili's). I am fairly new to planning, and this keeps coming up as something and that would be helpful.
