To those that moved onto MBB after making manager at big 4/T2 consulting, was it worth it? Was the transition difficult? I’m not too happy about the project pipeline here, and that’s the only reason I’m looking elsewhere

Trying to come up with some project work for my University Sourcers to complete that will benefit my team. Their most recent ask was to generate a list of universities in each state that we source from within iCIMS. What other projects have you found to be beneficial to enhance recruiting efforts?

I am working for NetApp Client, Bangalore however My base Location is Hyderabad, and I have heard from a couple of NetApp Employees that they are planning to resume offices by May.
My questions are:
1. If UST is planning to bring employees back to office?
2. If they call will I be asked to relocate to Bangalore as my client's location is Bangalore or will I be working from Hyderabad only?
