Today I got offer letter from Accenture without salary discussion. My cctc is 8.28 LPA and they are providing fixed as 11.5 LPA and with variable 14 LPA. And need to relocate to Pune at client location from Ahmedabad. But I am not ready with this salary in Pune but ready to join in Ahmedabad. For Pune my expectation is 15 LPA fixed. What should i do? Wait for hr call or drop email directly?

I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?

Is it fair for them to do so,?

Should I talk with higher mgmt.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

I am so beyond ready to leave my current job, but can’t yet, since bonuses are paid out in January. 😬

In the meantime, I’ve applied to a lot of similar roles (slightly higher) but have not heard - good or bad - from any. Is it common for companies to slow down hiring in December because of Q4 rush, people on holiday, etc.?
