Due to bad management employees at S1 level will suffer. I was not thinking of switching but after hearing him today it seems like I have to look out for a job very soon.

Shame on DTDL management. We are giving our 100% still there is no recognition. Lead and upper level employees enjoy all the cream.

So someone I know asked HR about a boot policy. When he found out that there wasn’t one, but his boss said there was (who gave the guys $ for boots and the claimed it on his expense reimbursements as something else) the boss got mad at him for askingHR (and in trouble for the expense reimbursements) and then 2 days later laid off my friend. It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office.
