Took an interview with Mindshare (part of GroupM) and received an offer after one 45 minute interview. I feel nervous about what that says about the culture - yes, I have hireable skills but that seems really, really fast for an AD role.

Also nervous because I’m the only one who would be PDT based and it seems like they don’t have the remote/cultural infrastructure to support asynchronous work schedules.

The salary is aligned with what I asked for.
