I had an interview with Edward Jones for an IT position. The interview felt off. It was a weird format and there wasn’t a lot of organic discussion. I had red flags popping up all over the place. Ended up getting offered the position which pays insanely more than my current gig but I’m concerned about the spidey sense I got during the interview and can’t shake it. Anyone have any feedback on the company’s culture wrt innovation, technology strategies, or just overall advice? Thanks!

You don’t ‘get to buy more units’, leadership decides to give you more units (that you’re then required to purchase). I.e. it’s not up to you.
I’m well aware of that. I didn’t phrase is as “get to” I said “able to”. So for your benefit - what did it take and how long after the initial buy in were you offered/awarded the opportunity by leadership to buy additional equity.
Mine increases yearly based upon performance and it is withheld from my distributions.
