The thing I hate most about the remote culture at my firm is that there is a stated policy of "optional" remote work, but in reality, if you do not come in the office, you will not be a favored associate. I am in the office consistently everyday to work with partners who are also in the office everyday.

If we had partners who were full time remote, the situation would be totally different because I could connect with partners who are also working remotely.

All those who are working on frontend development. I have 14.4 yrs of SAP UX experience. I am currently into UI5 and Fiori. Will it add value if I move to open platforms like JavaScript, React and Node ? My current CTC is around 18L/annum . Please suggest frankly.

if i was ghosted by recruiter asking if they are still in a hiring push at McK, is it okay to reach back out now that I have applied via 2 referrals and ask for an eta of the process? going through final round with other firms and would obviously love to ultimately end up at mck
