Interviewed with well known hedge fund, went through 10 rounds of interviews with them, killed it till round number 9 on all the technical questions, exhaustion set in at interview number 10, and I blew my chance, I regret not being able to crack that last interview till this date, probably would have been earning at least twice the amount of money I earn today, instead I am stuck in a back office role 😢

Jp what kinds of questions did they ask in rounds 1-9, vs. round 10?

The thing I hate most about the remote culture at my firm is that there is a stated policy of "optional" remote work, but in reality, if you do not come in the office, you will not be a favored associate. I am in the office consistently everyday to work with partners who are also in the office everyday.

If we had partners who were full time remote, the situation would be totally different because I could connect with partners who are also working remotely.
