As things start to open up fully, some of my institutional clients are sending notices that we are expected to do X activity over zoom from here on out (things we used to do in person). ADHD medication with high Blood Pressure?

I found ADHD meds helpful when I worked in consulting in my 20s. I stopped the meds when I went back to school. Also have had High BP since late 20s. 15 years away, I am back in consulting and loving it, however my difficulties juggling so many projects/tasks is holding me back. I know I would benifit from some ADHD medication but my Dr won’t prescribe any with my history of BP (controlled with BP meds). Anyone else gone through this? Any tips?
