Reading “we would like to extend you an opportunity to potentially join our team”. Recruiters or hiring managers, take this as a good sign or normal message for all candidates? Most I have received in the past are “we would like to move forward with your application to the next round”

Started as consultant, then promoted to SC. But my responsibilities were pretty much the same. Should I break these out in my resume as two separate roles with separate descriptions?

What are realistic expectations for 3rd Year Analyst / Direct Promote Associate bonus range at a BB? Note that at MS, 2nd year bonuses in my group last year were 90-115K, while MBA associates received a pro-rated 90K stub (~40k).
